Good manners are good business! They give one a competitive advantage and do affect the bottom line of business. This hour and a half seminar explains introductions, greetings, handshaking with additional emphasis on communication skills, telephone and email etiquette.  Also covered in this seminar is dining, table settings, Continental and American styles of eating, the rules of dining and settings; difficult foods and host and guest duties.
